I was thinking about using this as a logo...the Brownie picture.
I've already used it on my first run of greeting cards. I centered it on the back of the cards. They featured some of my photos and some of my quote photos. Every once in awhile I would sell a few. I made them about a year ago with Christmas Card sales in mind. Unfortunately I didn't have very many that were holiday themed. I had them made through an online site.
This year I'm going to make them myself. I just put out some for weekend sales from a Vintage Car Show in mind, however the event was cancelled because of rain. They turned out really well and I was encouraged to leave them out to sell.
I had taken shots from the year before and thought that the car owners may see theirs and buy a souvenier. Also, car enthusiasts may appreciate the reflections of what I see.
Hmm, by blog talking this out I think I will use that as my tag line. Reflections of What I See. I was going to use "It started with a Brownie". Because it did. But that limits Sonoma Ma, aka Me, to photographs and I dabble in other mediums.
When I was 16 years old, my mother, my aunt, and I took a trip to Florida to visit my cousins. We drove there from Columbus, Ohio with a stop in Bridgeport, WV. I had an Aunt "Tim" (Thelma) and Uncle "Jingles" who lived there. Little did I know, I would be going to my senior year of high school in Bridgeport, but that is a different part of my life which doesn't fit in to this convo right now.
I hope you will take a look at what I have to offer. I like to think I have a unique way of looking at life and my goal is for you to see something that triggers an emotion. A sigh, a smile, a memory. Sharing. Reflections of what I see can be found on www.
I also offer on that page a healing salve that I have been selling for years, mostly wholesale by the case, as Tat Jam, tattoo aftercare. This salve is a good all-around skin healer, dry skin, scrapes, etc. (A former co-worker successfully used it to speed up the healing of his skin after having cancerous cells burned off his body.) The recipe was concocted, by me, to aid in the healing of my teenage son's unauthorized tattoos and sprang from there.
Sonoma Ma's wares are sold at: Healing-Products.com
